About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer.

  • You will be leading a team of IMO (Information Management Office) applications.
  • You will analyze, design, develop, unit test and maintain applications to meet both functional and technical requirements independently.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
  • Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and largescale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
  • Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
  • Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

  • Apply your experience to design & build reliable, scalable, data-driven distributed applications and services

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Technical Skills:
  • 10+ Years of working experience in different .Net related technologies such as .Net core, C#, Angular, JQuery, SQL, HTML, CSS, Entity Framework
  • 4+ years of working experience in .Net core
  • 4+ years of working experience in Angular
  • 2+ Years of working experience with TFS, GITHUB, Cloud, CI/CD integration, Harness, Copilot
  • 6+ Years of working experience in SQLServer 5+ Years of working experience in creating Web services/ Web APIs.
  • Working experience is creating unit test methods. Strong knowledge and understanding of .NET Framework development techniques.
  • Experience with object-oriented design Excellent Team Management skills should have experience in handing a team.
  • Experience with different project development life cycle methodologies such as agile/scrum to iterate quickly on product changes, developing user stories and working through backlogs
  • Experience writing unit and integration test cases.
