In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
  • Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
  • Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
  • Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

  • Experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • RPA developer with hands on coding experience with UIPath, or, IBM BPM or, Java BPM any other workflow tools.
  • Should have good knowledge of DevOps Processes and tools.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools, preferably Git
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work directly with US partner teams
  • Should be good with SDLC processes and strong working experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Should be flexible about work hours to provide better overlap with the US partner team
Job Expectations:
  • Maintaining and enhancing RPA/Automation based applications in Commercial Real Estate Area.
  • Understand the security standards of the organization and develop accordingly.
  • Design and develop robust and scalable software components.
  • Understanding of RPA frameworks and guidelines.
  • Ensure software deliveries are as per agreed timelines.
  • Implement defect free quality code by writing appropriate unit-tests and regression tests.
  • Co-ordinate with business team to understand the functional specifications and clarify requirements.
  • Highlight risks on timely basis so that delivery is not impacted.
  • Should be able to build good rapport with various Project stakeholders (QA, Scrum Master, Project Manager etc.) and interface developers both in US and EGS.
  • Coordinate with other team members and business experts across the application to translate key strategic objectives into actionable and governable roadmaps and designs.
  • Build high performing, scalable, secure and resilient systems.
  • Design and develop RESTful micro services and deploy to docker containers.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Build and execute Unit Test and Automation test scripts.
  • Implement DevOps Build/release pipeline.
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Analyze business and technology challenges and suggest solutions
