In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
  • Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
  • Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
  • Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

  • 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 7-9years of experience in ServiceNow Platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, ServiceNow production environment.
  • Working knowledge in integrating APM with other ServiceNow Modules includes ITSM & SAM/HAM.
  • Experience in developing Service Catalogs.
  • Experience in configuring and enhancing ServiceNow (UI, Workflow, scripts, business rules etc).
  • Good knowledge around CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, APM, implementations in ServiceNow.
  • Total 10+ years of experience in Java/j2ee/Spring/Spring boot development and architecture.
  • Experience designing and implementing APIs, including deep understanding of REST, SOAP, HTTP etc.
  • Understanding of Cloud Native principles and techniques such as Micro services.
  • Experience with designing solutions that support horizontal scalability.
  • Experience with distributed processing of large data sets.
  • Experience with CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Github, Artifactory, Sonar etc.
  • Should have in-depth understanding of agile software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working on NOSQL, MongoDB and any one relational DB such as SQL
Job Expectations:
  • Knowledge of Cloud, ServiceNow, DevOps and SRE.
  • Good to have - Certifications on ServiceNow CSA/CAD & Certified Implementation Specialist in APM
  • Coding experience in Python or other similar languages.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in SSIS,, Rest API, JSON
