The Lead Securities Operations Representative is expected to assist Team Members on Brokerage Asset Movement requests submitted through Smart Station (Journal, Retail ACH, Wire, and Check Disbursements, etc) by educating them on how to submit the request and locate related InfoMAX story names.

Lead Securities Operations Representative position is equivalent to a team lead role and within Brokerage Field Services of Wells Fargo Advisors. We are looking for dynamic, detail oriented and proactive group of individuals who can perform variety of operational tasks for highly complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require expert knowledge of unit functions and systems.

The Lead Securities Operations Representative can be delegated additional tasks approved by Manager: The team's SME, Trainer, etc. Can recommend staffing adjustments and performance reviews. Provides department level reporting using multiple sources. Performs QC, resolves errors and provides feedback. Conduct process training and participate in process improvement discussions.

Minimum Educational Qualification: Completed 2nd year in College (Bachelor's Degree course)

Desired: Graduate of Banking and Finance or any related courses

Relevant Work Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead
  • 6 years of working experience (voice support) in the BPO/Contact Center industry
  • Preferred background in securities operations (e.g trade processing, trade booking, brokerage services, derivatives, fixed income, etc)
Skills/Competencies Requirement:
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical skills with ability to apply critical judgment and come up with effective decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation with ability to validate work.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Program
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and perform under pressure with a high motivation and able to meet stringent deadlines with strong sense of urgency and results and detail orientation.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and execute a body of work with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional research, data entry and exception handling skills.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts, or weekends/holidays if deemed necessary by the business.
  • Possess an impeccable reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency and business acumen.
  • Highly analytical and keen to details
  • Familiarity with banking documents
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills - people and process management
