Strategic Enterprise Risk Management (SERM), part of independent risk management, is primarily responsible for leading enterprise risk programs, governance, and infrastructure. The function provides an aggregated, integrated, and holistic view and understanding of Wells Fargo's combined risks and helps the company address those risks.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the BAs with project sizing and design concepts as needed
  • Build dashboards and reporting as requested by business partners
  • Code data extracts as required for dashboard and reporting builds
  • Perform Peer Review and Regression testing as needed
  • Support QA and UAT questions and feedback
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
  • Analyze new data sources to identify quality issues; determine approach for integration into production
  • Consolidate and standardize information for each risk type to review and analyze risks and trends, key monthly metrics, and select risk appetite metrics and KRIs related to key risks and concerns
  • Work with senior leaders across the company including Independent Risk Management and front line to help identify and synthesize information into a presentable format for executive leadership and the Board
  • Ongoing development and production of enterprise risk profile included in WF's CCAR narrative
  • Establish robust controls and ongoing BCBS239 Governance and Oversight Controls, documentation, and monitoring of High Risk rated report
Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Advanced SQL experience (Teradata/SQL Server)
  • Advanced Business Intelligence tools usage (Tableau and Power BI)
  • Basic knowledge of data management principles and industry standards
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS, SAS, and Alteryx
  • Knowledge of SHRP or other risk systems
  • Prior statistical analysis experience
  • Knowledge of data modeling and prototyping
  • Knowledge of SAS or R
  • Experience with the Agile technology product delivery model and JIRA tool
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic, and matrixed environment
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
