About this role:
Wells Fargo's Consumer Lending Shared Services organization is seeking a Lead Project Manager to partner with a designated product team to facilitate product delivery in an Agile environment. In this role you will support product teams in delivering value by connecting the right people and planning aspects of testing and release needs. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the product team's evolution to a sustainable state by facilitating the creation of trusted relationships across product teams, identifying connection opportunities, and driving collaboration so teams can deliver effectively together.
The Consumer Lending Shared Services (CLSS) team is responsible for delivering common services across the Consumer Lending organization. CLSS does that by leading cross-business initiatives that enhance customer experiences, strengthen risk management, and increase our overall efficiency across the Consumer Lending group.

In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives managing all activities in a project life cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing associated with projects that are long-term and cross functional with broad impact, scope and complexity
- Act as key participant in large-scale project planning and budgets for change management
- Review, analyze and initiate complex multi-faceted enterprise support operations, organizational systems knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Ensure full understanding of project impacts that translate into comprehensive engagement strategies
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end while developing and implementing program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
- Demonstrate understanding of policy, methodology and artifact creation that influence and lead change management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with stakeholders, project leads, mid-level to senior managers sponsors and business partners to clarify and define project requirements and achieve goals
- Lead or participate in larger efforts to independently manage sub-program components of moderate complexity within change management and contribute to project plans and budgets, work with users to understand complex problems and bring issues to resolution in accordance with change management timelines
- Review and analyze moderately complex business organizational systems and navigation to anticipate change impacts while ensuring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement strategies
- Analyze or resolve resource requirements, project dependencies, planning or progression, financials management, status reporting, effective communications, ongoing risk adaptation, appropriate escalation strategies and implementation while leading team to meet change management deliverables and leveraging solid understanding of policy, methodology and artifact creation
- Collaborate and consult with project coordinators, business partners, project staff, stakeholders, and project lead in times of highly unusual or complex ambiguity and achieve project goals and established timelines in coordination with more experienced management
- Execute matrix managing other project managers and project coordinators for projects
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience leading large planning efforts across multiple product teams in Agile Methodology
- Proven ability to drive matrixed teams to achieve results in an agile environment
- Experience identifying strategic solutions to improve agile delivery
- Experience with Agile transformation including moving teams and organizations from Waterfall to Agile methodologies
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results driven environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira and Jira Align
- Financial Services experience
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
