Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to manage the Sales Central Portal for Home Lending Sales. Sales Central Portal is a site that contains various sales tools, training information, activity tracking, policies, and guidance to support the sales teams. This role will be part of the Home Lending Customer Experience, Marketing, and Sales Transformation team (CEMS). The Home Lending Transformation organization is responsible for designing and driving technology-focused change across Home Lending to deliver enhanced customer experiences and sales solutions across the end-to-end home lending journey.
As a Lead Product Manager, it will be critical for you to bring a strategic mindset and passion for product development and the customer as you work closely across a variety of agile product owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders within the organization to deliver experiences for our Home Mortgage Consultants (HMCs). The delivery of outcomes will be through ownership of the product backlog inclusive of feature prioritization, transparency into upcoming work, setting of product goals, and communication with stakeholders. This also includes setting a product vision and identifying the future roadmap for our sales tools to support our critical business priorities.

In this role, you will:
• Partner with sales team to deliver products with strong capabilities to meet their needs to support the home lending sales organization.
• Develop and articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and bring the vision to life.
• Understand the various user roles leveraging the tools and how to create better solutions for them to manage the business.
• Identify new product opportunities and features through the analysis of industry trends and customer feedback led by data.
• Work with tech scrum to manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog and work with the tech team to plan stories for upcoming sprints.
• Determine acceptance criteria for final UAT code.
• Be accountable for scrum team deliverables and KPIs. Monitor and measure progress on user story delivery and sprint team velocity.
• Review metrics to measure value and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with cross-functional experts in a matrix organization to ensure solutions are business ready from product senior management, risk, legal, compliance, and policy perspectives.
• Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
• Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
• Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
• Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience in the banking and financial sectors, particularly related to Home Lending, Credit, and/or Risk Management
• Experience in Product Management, Business Transformation, Data, Analytics, Reporting, Management Consulting, Project Management, Strategic Planning, or Technology experience.
• 3+ years of Agile Product Owner Experience and knowledge of Agile strategy, development methodologies, and tools working directly with Technology teams in managing agile delivery of a product.
• Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives.
• Ability to understand technical policy requirements to help support the implementation of data management policies across all parts of the business.
• Strategic leadership skills with the ability to piece together complex matrixed organizations and collaborate/influence horizontally across technology, agile teams and business partners.
• Ability to work in conjunction with functional partners to gain consensus on priorities and features needed to implement a project successfully.
• Experience leveraging data to design and deliver products that help with critical business decision-making.
• Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of common risk management framework and methodologies.
• Effectively communicate and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
• Ability to self-prioritize workload and coordinate with teammates to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
• Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
• Exceptional problem solving abilities
• Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
Job Expectations:
• This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

Pay Range:
• NYC: $ 100,800 to 179,200 Annually
• Other posted locations: 84,000 to 149,400 Annually
