This is an exciting role focused on developing IAM capabilities for Cloud Platforms.

In this role, you will:

  • Utilize subject matter knowledge in industry leading security solutions and best practices to implement one or more components of information security such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity
  • Identify security vulnerabilities and issues, perform risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
  • Lead a team to achieve objectives
  • Act as Subject-matter expertise across all IAM topics as it relates to both hybrid and public cloud architectures.
  • Develop solutions for IAM capabilities for cloud platforms(Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services)
  • Develop effective architecture solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable and phased architecture to help the business grow and change while aligning to strategic vision.
  • Create, maintain and align with Wells Fargo Information Security policies and standards with industry best practices and business needs in the adoption of cloud services and technologies.
  • Review and management of technical security roadmaps related to cloud security and IAM within a cloud security context.
  • Develop solutions and recommendations for cloud platform related IAM security controls
  • Identify solutions and provide recommendations for automating cloud IAM controls
  • Experience architecting IAM solutions within Microsoft Azure, Google or other cloud providers like AWS.

  • 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of hands on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, etc.)
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in developing IAM solutions in cloud service providers (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform & Amazon Web Services)
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 5+ years of information technology applications and systems experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with SDLC, DevSecOps, Agile, including supporting and/or using tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • 5+ years of experience working with various identity and access management tools.
  • 5+ years of experience working with developing solutions for integrating various components

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
