Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead HR Product Analyst, HR Systems (Lead Business Execution Consultant) , to join the growing Human Resources (HR) Transformation & Products Team! This is an exciting opportunity within our HR Governance and Employee Relations Product Organization to help lead and establish a world-class HR Employee Relations/Labor Relations Services Team and deliver a new experience through process and technology. The Lead HR Product Analyst, HR Systems, will deliver compelling and integrated HR technology solutions and ensure alignment to HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices. An ideal candidate is a hands-on, proven contributor with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This candidate should have knowledge of the project tasks required to deliver solutions leveraging both in-house and SAAS-based applications (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD and Workday). In this role, you will:
- Evolve the HR Portfolio and roadmap in partnership with Product leadership, HRIS, our HR business owners, and other stakeholders across the business
- Work closely with business partners to evaluate business requirements, plan projects, and participate in efficient development, delivery, and deployments
- Function as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by building and/or re-engineering HR technical and business processes and tools for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business
- Lead the planning, support, and execution of user acceptance cycles, including identifying and documenting all relevant test scenarios and test cases
- Produce effective documentation to capture and communicate business process and requirements in the format of business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
- Lead and facilitate workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of client objectives and desired outcomes
- Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry knowledge to discover and validate what has real value to the business
- Partner with client area to execute planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of overly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems (i.e., ServiceNow, Workday)
- Manage multiple stakeholder groups including global business teams, risk management, compliance, legal, data privacy
- Own and execute on system administration for Workday/ServiceNow, including configuration, business processes, security & compliance, notifications, auditing, and data quality management
- Drive and maintain capability-specific, vendor-led releases and system enhancements, including the configuration and development of new features, deploying enhancements, as well as creation and execution of test plans, user acceptance and regression testing
- Assist in decomposing epics into effective user stories
- Maintain task status in JIRA or similar Agile management tool
- Work with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes
- Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed to execute projects with quality and on-time
- Contribute to delivering solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of HR Systems experience (Workday) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations including hands-on functional solutioning and configuration experience
- 4+ years of analyst experience configuring and supporting HR systems, preferably Workday HCM, or similar human resource management software
- Experience with leading Unionized Worker Workday Foundation - Union Status Objects and additional functionality around supporting Union Employees
- Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes
- Experience driving the requirements process with both technical and business partners
- Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories
- Experience managing complex technology projects and presenting to multiple levels of management
- 1+ years of experience with Workday and ServiceNow integrations
- Experience operating in an Agile environment and/or strong knowledge and understanding of Agile
- Ability to operate as part of cross functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-time delivery
- Knowledge of HR business processes
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
