About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Literacy Professional to join our Generative AI Product and Solutions Engineering organization, a pioneering team driving GenAI innovation across Wells Fargo. This individual will play a crucial role in guiding and leading through change. They will design and implement comprehensive training programs and communication strategies to ensure the successful adoption and integration of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies across the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Design and execute Gen AI literacy strategies to promote the adoption and integration of GenAI technologies.
- Identify executive advocacy, external speaking and/or social media opportunities.
- Write and edit talking points and content to inform target audiences.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of training initiatives that enhance the understanding and application of GenAI technologies across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and communication strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure successful implementation of GenAI technologies.
- Communicate updates, progress, and success stories related to GenAI projects to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in GenAI technologies and incorporate them into training programs and communication strategies.

- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proven experience in training and communications, preferably in a technology-related field.
- Experience with Generative AI technologies and their applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with change management and leading through change.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
