About this Role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Finance Analysis to be part of the Technology Financial Planning & Analysis Team. As part of this team, you will support budgeting, forecasting and monthly close for the Global Technology organization.
The individual should be skilled in driver-based reporting, forecasting, financial data analysis, and scenario modeling to drive actionable insight. The function requires strong influencing skills and provides the opportunity to demonstrate thought leadership to senior management.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with seasoned financial professionals across teams and functions to create management information for senior management to aid in understanding the Global Technology expense base and the associated drivers.
- Partner with leadership to develop long-term strategic plans, financial targets and goals aligned to business strategies.
- Develop high quality presentations and executive level summaries for senior leadership supplemented by fellow FP&A team inputs and analysis.
- Provide support to more experienced professionals in the management of product pricing, portfolio performance, closing research and validation.
- Review technical challenges that require evaluation or multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

- 5+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Demonstrated experience working within an infrastructure environment leading transformational initiatives
- Strong data modeling and experience in manipulating large amounts of data utilizing applications, such as Excel, Power BI, Apptio and Alteryx
- Demonstrated experience in forecasting, accounting, analytics within banking/financial and technology services industries
- Prior experience consulting, influencing, and partnering with senior business leaders
- Experience developing and presenting executive level strategic presentations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Assess stakeholder needs and build effective relationships.
