In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Support Wells Fargo in our effort to build and promote diversity and inclusive behavior companywide
- Execute large-scale implementations through all stages of projects
- Review and analyze complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Review metrics and data analysis, process and technology needs, and track operational performance within Diversity & Inclusion
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of Diversity & Inclusion policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

- 5+ years of Diversity & Inclusion experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Candidate must have experience in Diversity and Inclusion execution and strategies
- Stakeholder management and project management experience delivering programs for a department and companywide initiatives
- Must be amenable to work midshift and in McKinley Hill, Taguig
