About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Manager to enhance digital tools, products, and experiences that elevate the employee user experience. This role is part of the Enterprise Functions Technology Organization, and the successful candidate will design and deliver seamless, intuitive experiences for internal users, with an emphasis on leveraging emerging technologies (including generative AI) to drive efficiency and innovation.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of experience in the financial industry
  • 1+ years of experience supporting agile development processes
Desired Qualifications:
  • Technical degree and/or background
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience prioritizing features and initiatives across business, technology and user experience concerns
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and align them around a roadmap
  • Ability to dive deeply into product and technology issues
  • Experience driving innovation in the financial industry

Base Pay for this role for Charlotte is between $96,600 and $171,800 depending on experience and level of expertise.
  • 3+ days per week in Wells Fargo Charlotte, NC offices
  • 10% travel to support business objectives
