About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Communications Consultant to join the Wealth and Investment Management Communications and Marketing team.
The Communications Consultant is an innovative, process-oriented and technology-minded specialist who works in a team based environment. This position is responsible for assisting in the publishing and distribution of critical and moderately complex and/or sensitive field facing communications to financial advisors and managers. The ideal candidate has experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment on high-visibility projects that require a quick turnaround.
In this role, you will:
- Support internal web publishing projects for priority efforts.
- Support email communication programs, working with stakeholders and managing the tool directly.
- Lead or execute communication based initiatives and activities
- Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
- Partner with other Communications teams to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging
- Publish critical updates to the intranet home page.
- Edit existing components and pages across the intranet.
- Support Layout and design of recurring e-newsletters.
- Collaborate and consult with stakeholders.
- Provide consultative and design services for specialized web-based content.
- Review and correcting broken hyperlinks, updating meta data, and performing web site maintenance as assigned.
- Edit and create HTML emails using prescribed format.
- Ensuring messages containing sensitive information are delivered and received by only those intended.
- Maintaining email distribution lists for each business channel and various segments.
- Monitor mailboxes and sharing responses from recipients.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and supporting business continuity.
- Maintain strong working relationships.
- Manage hoc projects as assigned

- 5+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Must have experience in email and web content or content marketing (digital marketing)
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
- Knowledge and understanding of writing, editing, coordinating, and publishing sensitive documentation
- Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
- Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
- Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships
- Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering a team atmosphere
- Customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 and/or Adobe Cloud)
- Experience with usability design concept, accessibility, web standards and graphic design
- Experience with HTML, XML and multimedia technologies
- Content management experience is a plus
- Financial services industry experience is a plus
- Amenable to work onsite, and on a night shift schedule (Five NEO, Taguig)
