In this role, you will:
- Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group pre-close and post-close documents for the most complex commercial real estate loans
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Commercial Loan Closing
- Perform or guide others on complex business and operational decisions that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
- Review and prepare loan related documents
- Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to
- Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among various work groups
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to peers, colleagues and managers on the functions, policies, procedures and compliance requirements

- 6+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with Siebel Originations and InfoLease System
- Knowledge and understanding of equipment finance and/or secured leasing finance experience
- Documentation creation and/or documentation review and funding experience
- Ability to develop and manage business relationships
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience meeting high production and quality standards in a fast paced, development and production support environment
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
