About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking aLead Business Execution Consultantto join the Payment Transformation Team within Shared Services Operations. This role provides a great opportunity to be involved in strategic transformation initiatives taking existing applications and moving them to new state-of-the-art systems.

This is a highly visible role you get to play where you will interact with senior leaders and stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing project implementation, and timelines for assigned efforts under the Wires Modernization Program. You will also provide technical subject matter expertise to partners inside and outside of the Payment Transformation Team, including project leadership teams and various senior-level stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research highly complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Road-mapping, coordination, and implementation of complex work including liaising with Technology, Product, senior and executive leadership, Operations Change and Incident Management, and others
  • Define and draft vision, roadmap for the product work stream
  • Work with business partners to define features/requirement and drive prioritization
  • Drive execution for the product work stream, including structuring epics, features and test plans in coordination with IT, BA, Testing etc.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Develop and deliver program and executive level updates in a clear and concise manner Drive continuous process improvements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our operation
  • Assess the impact of change initiatives, emerging issues, and execution of new business strategies and support those for their line of business partners

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Wires/Payments experience
  • Experience working with JIRA and Agile project methodologies
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Experience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing change
  • Experience gathering user/business requirements and translating them into epics and features
  • Experience effectively engaging and influencing teams
  • Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization
Job Expectations:
  • Willingness to work on-site. Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid capacity (3 or more days in the office and up to 2 days remotely per week)
Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
