Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support Diverse Segments within Home Lending, as a part of Consumer Lending. The Lead Business Execution Consultant will assist Diverse Segments' Business Development leaders with the planning and execution of activities and events that are focused on deepening Wells Fargo's relationships with external community leaders, realtors, trades and internal sales partners. This role will primarily be fulfilling sponsorship requests and agreements, business development initiatives, processing invoices, marketing and conference support. - Collaborate with cross functional teams to plan and execute a variety of services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas.
- Experience creating and executing detailed event plans, timelines, budget and expense tracking
- Experience managing event logistics, i.e. setup, operation and breakdown, venues, catering, AV equipment
- Strong risk management and compliance skills
- Experience creating and executing marketing and communication plans

- Willingness to work on-site at the location(s) listed on the job opening
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
- Must be able to support West Coast/Southwest markets
- This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

- $87,000-$206,100
