About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the Community Lending and Investment (CLI) line of business Chief Operating Office (COO) within Commercial Real Estate (CRE). Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
- Be a contact for creating and distributing business level reports for the CLI business heads
- Liaise with business teams to gather information to be used for business reporting and/or to update systems that are provisioning points for data
- Field incoming requests and ongoing projects from the Control group
- Partner and communicate with relevant teams to ensure effective onboarding and offboarding of respective team members
- Work with business leaders and Finance partners to hone data used for reporting and to develop and enhance existing reports
- Build and automate reports in Excel to assess business performance
- Create and update desktop procedures and job aids
- Ensure data accuracy for data used for reporting
- Track internal portfolio monitoring deadlines and prepare materials for meetings
- Provide work direction to less experienced COO staff

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite of products especially Excel and Salesforce
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort with financial statements and accounting concepts
- Ability to organize and understand complex detail
- Demonstrated success in executing
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently track and meet deadlines

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
