About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in Commercial Banking Operations and Small Business Banking Operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead execution of highly complex transformation initiatives in Commercial and Small Business Banking Operations.
  • Provide vision and expertise to drive innovative business solutions that limit risk exposure and create efficiency.
  • Create and present recommendations to monitor and improve functional effectiveness, risk management, and overall performance improvement opportunities.
  • Lead team meetings or steering committees to drive decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
  • Serve as an experienced advisor to leadership and effectively engage with all levels of leaders across functions.
  • Drive timely execution of multiple initiatives by providing direction to cross functional teams and holding them accountable for quantifiable outcomes.
  • Gather and utilize data to understand the unique challenges in Small Business Lending Fulfillment and use that data to solve complex issues with creative, sustainable, and measurable solutions.

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to self-prioritize and lead multiple efforts in parallel, in a fast-paced environment, with minimal day to day oversight from direct manager.
  • Strong experience leading transformative programs aligned business identified issues and operational risks.
  • Business Transformation - Experience leading functionalization models.
  • Experience in Small Business.
  • Knowledge of Analytics
  • In-depth understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including regulatory compliance, market trends, and best practices.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills to all levels of leadership with minimal management direction.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to solve business problems.
  • Experience training on procedures and systems.
