About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Execution Consultant (BEC) to be part of the Cards & Merchant Services (CMS) Change Management Governance and Oversight team. As the Lead BEC, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of business strategies and initiatives within our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of change management processes.

In this role, you will:
  • Establish working partnerships with CMS Change Management team, Consumer Lending Shared Services (CLSS) team, and functional business groups.
  • Lead the development of the CMS Change Management Governance and Oversight framework.
  • Draft and manage quality control and quality monitoring documentation, including control procedures, test scripts, quality scorecards, and reporting.
  • Lead root cause analysis discussions and develop action plans based on findings.
  • Develop presentations and communication materials to share quality testing results.
  • Identify business groups with quality scores below threshold and create action plans for improvement.
  • Partner with Consumer Lending Governance and Oversight to align with Enterprise and Consumer Lending Change Management policies and procedures.
  • Drive adoption of Change Management processes and tools within CMS business groups.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services, and initiatives.
  • Ensure accountability for initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies where appropriate.
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of support functions and business performance.
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business execution consulting, change management, and quality control/monitoring
  • Knowledge of Change Management processes, procedures, and tools
  • Familiarity with quality testing methodologies and reporting
  • Experience utilizing various testing tools and systems, such as Indigo, SharePoint lists, etc
  • Experience writing business procedures and control procedures
  • Experience in developing and implementing action plans based on root cause analysis
  • Operations experience within credit card or merchant services developing procedures and controls
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Effective communication - written and verbal
  • Experience in agile (product delivery) and waterfall (project delivery)
  • MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
  • Familiarity working in Teams, Confluence, and other collaboration tools

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
  • This role offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
