Banking, Lending & Trust COE:
As part of its vision for a flatter, more nimble organization that is easier to do business with, Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) has created horizontal functions known as centers of excellence to support all client coverage channels. Banking, Lending, & Trust is a center of excellence that brings teams and functions currently found across WIM's consumer businesses under a common, WIM-level organization. The group is focused on transforming from channel-based to client-focused solutions and delivery in an effort to reduce operational risk, improve efficiency, increase consistency/coordination, and bring focus on product management / development to deliver innovative growth and improve the client experience. Additionally, the new group will deliver a WIM-level culture of product management excellence by creating a culture of innovation, product excellence, client service and risk mitigation.

About BL&T Product Development:
This position will sit within the Product Development organization that supports Banking, Lending & Trust and The Private Bank. This team (group) is responsible for the BL&T product experience and delivering comprehensive and competitive solutions to the market. The group does this through effecting both technology and operating model change in the business.

About this role:
Product Development is building a team to drive operating model changes to enable holistic product delivery. This role would be focused on effecting changes to processes, controls, policies, procedures, training, marketing, communication, compensation, etc. as a result of product technology change.

In collaboration with business and functional leaders across BL&T, WIM and the enterprise, the Business Execution Lead will be responsible for critical deliverables and product outcomes supporting the business strategy and driving towards the end-state vision.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as a top subject matter professional for Business and/or product Execution who leads highly complex, large, and cross organizational strategic initiatives with companywide impact
  • Align cross-functional teams to deliver holistic and consistent product change efforts
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, broad reaching while ensuring all relevant controls and established delivery processes are executed throughout the change management process
  • Plan and manage strategic initiatives, using proficient analytical skills, foundational knowledge of Change Management execution, and understanding of WIM business
  • Discover and advocate for the most practical and efficient critical path to executing by identifying, escalating, and resolving blockers to achieve the objective
  • Identify, and advocate for any relevant modification thereof, opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development in order to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency
  • Partner with strategic stakeholders including finance, HR, credit & risk management, legal, marketing & communications, , and technology to ensure initiatives are planned and executed holistically
  • Evaluate effectiveness and provide updates to key enterprise stakeholders, leadership, and executive leadership regarding the root cause, cost or benefit, and risk evaluations
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in strategic planning and execution, including creating and executing comprehensive plans associated with product changes, technology releases, operating model changes and line of business strategic plans
  • Practical understanding of the Risk Management Framework and Risk and Control Self-Assessment processes and ability to lead stakeholders through risk control assessments as part of product change initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, including the ability to maintain top quality work while meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels
  • Ability to present data and ideas in presentation form, including the ability to tell a story through words and pictures
  • Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions
  • A high level of comfort working with ambiguity or uncertainty and converting information into quantifiable concepts
Job Expectations:
    Pay Range

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
    $96,600.00 - $171,800.00
