About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant with the Allegations Management group.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with Enterprise Allegations Platform (EAP).
- Experience in one or more of the following functional areas with a specific focus on Allegations and Post Allegation Reviews: Conduct Management, Controls, Operations, or Complaints
- Experience managing case queues and executing upon timelines
- Proven ability to identify business risks and to plan and execute process improvements to mitigate such risks.
- Knowledge of Conduct Management approaches/programs and front-line risk management
- Knowledge and understanding of Allegation Management Policy
- Adaptable and flexible coaching style which takes into account the needs and learning styles of a diverse team
- Experience maintaining employee performance improvement using constructive coaching
- Ability to leverage data to make effective business decisions
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
- Ability to present results of analyses and recommendations to senior leaders
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to work at locations on job requisition
- Hybrid Work Schedule, 3 times a week in the office
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
