Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 12+ years of experience in business strategy, planning, transformation & advisory with a proven track record of creating and executing strategic programs and working in strategic consulting firms or teams.
- Post-graduation in Business Management is preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience with Banking domain & the financial industry, Analytics & Reporting and GIC world and its respective processes.
- Good understanding of current trends impacting banking industry.
- End-to-End understanding of digital organizations, Agile culture, most up-to-date Tools & Processes etc.
- Efficient Project management skills.
- Highly skilled with Microsoft office tools like PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint etc.
- Good Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective Presentation skills to facilitate quick decisions by Senior stakeholders and Executives.
- A team player & seasoned professional that is inclusive and inquisitive in learning about the current business needs and can quickly provide rich insight into the overall strategic environment.
- Working on day-to-day KPI's & KRI's and publish relevant insights & reporting to Management.
- Proactively manage day to day business office responsibilities, driving adherence to Risk & Compliance mandates.
- Innovative in the way to structure and manage what could be at times intensive and competing priorities but can be focused and dedicated to contributing towards the outcomes desired by the executive sponsors and stakeholders.
- Communicate strategy and related business plans to senior management.
- Skilled at determining and assessing our current business's real time competitive advantage leveraging the internal and external data and business intelligence to formulate the desired outcome.
- Interfacing with senior leaders/executive management and partners across groups to influence long-term strategic direction.
- Lead strategic planning efforts across delivery teams & Enterprise LOBs/Business functions to ensure integrated and holistic long-range solutions for organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate strategically and consult with all levels to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant business group or functional area.
- Lead/manage strategic initiatives and develop project plans, frame, and conduct insightful analyses, identify solutions, and develop business cases and implementation plans.
- Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution as required with a broad array of leaders from across the organization.
- Obtain buy-in to proposed solutions / plans from stakeholders.
- Coordination of business strategy and strategic initiatives including decision rationale around locations, in-house vs. vendor choices and future state operating model for effective and efficient global solutioning.
- Partner effectively across time zones and cultures to successfully manage complex issues.
- Act as key participant in monitoring, evaluating, and measuring the impact of decisions practiced in the respective process.
- Monitor moderately complex business specific programs and provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk-mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement risk monitoring and risk reporting processes and controls for responsible processes.
- Collaborate with relevant business group to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations and provide guidance in developing and implementing risk-mitigating strategies.
