About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Global Treasury Management Group to support Commercial Banking. This role will focus on change management initiatives working with sales leadership and partner teams (project teams, implementation, line of business partners) to ensure scalability and readiness for Global Treasury Management Commercial Banking. The role will drive KPI/KRI creation and tracking, process mapping reviews/approvals, capacity planning, and team readiness activities supporting the Global Treasury Management Commercial Banking leaders.

In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead the leaders and partners you support through organizational changes and strategic initiatives
- 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Financial Services, specifically Global Treasury Management and Commercial Banking organizations
- Experience identifying KPIs to track business priorities and partnering with technical teams to build the supporting infrastructure to develop and track KPIs
- Experience developing business requirements to build KPI tracking dashboards in systems like Oracle BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI in partnership with BI tool owners and report developers
- Experience developing business requirements for CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics to meet changing business needs in partnership with CRM tool owners
- Experience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing change
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
- Ability to create and deliver dynamic presentations to management and senior leadership
- Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a cross-functional environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service men and women.
- Strong experience in business analysis and root cause analysis, to determine process improvements, business solutions, technical solutions, policy changes, and the like
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Hybrid schedule 3 days in the office- 2 days remote
