About this role:

Enterprise Change Management Change Readiness and Adoption is seeking an experienced Change Advisor (Lead Business Execution Consultant) to join the team and serves as ECM's primary and critical connection point with the Change Executive and Change Leader within each Business Group\Enterprise Function.

The Change Advisor provides support and consultation with BG/EF Change Executives and Change Leaders as they begin to operationalize new ECM standards and develop their respective longer-term change management capabilities.

  • Accelerate awareness, understanding of ECM standards through CE and CL accountability and oversight
  • Increase collaboration between ECM and BG/EFs resulting in a stronger partnership and more streamlined experiences working with ECM
  • Create increased visibility into how each BG/EF runs its business and manages change enabling pain points to be identified proactively and aggregated for ECM prioritization
  • Enable top down and bottoms up approach to implementing the ECM TOM and maturing each BG/EF change capabilities across the enterprise
    This role is responsible for understanding needs across the business to drive improved performance and support effective change delivery across Wells Fargo. Key activities include but are not limited to:
  • Advocate for the business group and enterprise functions: Act as primary point of contact and knowledgeable advisor to facilitate strong relationships between business teams and ECM. Streamline ECM interactions and problem solving, decrease friction, leading to increased business satisfaction. Aggregate feedback across lines of business with other Change Agents to identify patterns of questions, concerns and best practices that can be shared across the enterprise or elevated into the ECM Continual Improvement process.
  • Drive continual improvement: Gather business needs and feedback. Champion and shepherd it to ensure high quality solutions and outcomes. Drive continual improvement through the collection and understanding of business needs and feedback to address Enterprise Change Management needs and challenges.
  • Support development of Organizational Change Management (OCM) capability: Lead capability assessment to understand current OCM maturity across the enterprise. Develop approach for standing up and increasing OCM capability across the enterprise and within the business groups and enterprise functions. Build/increase OCM capability within the business to increase adoption and sustainment of change. Drive improved outcomes through both focused as well as broader coaching, education, and support.
  • Monitor performance: Identify business issues and challenges and mitigate risk leading to improved outcomes. Collaborate closely with and across ECM teams (e.g., QA, Controls) to understand what's going on in the business, identify issues and plans to resolve.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience as a trusted advisor to provide strategic level consulting to executive level stakeholders and influence business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to use advanced analytical and inductive thinking to develop innovative solutions to long-term, large-scale, and complex problems and challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse set of partners (leaders and team members) within a matrixed, geographically dispersed team environment to achieve shared results
  • Experience building and deploying practical change management approaches
  • Understanding and experience in managing the intersection of project, risk and organizational change management
  • Experience operating and working in a product-centric, Agile environment
  • Ability to lead as a strong, independent contributor and pull in additional team members when needed
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Change management professional certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Willingness to work on-site in one of the listed locations

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
