Overall, your role would involve a combination of technical expertise and effective communication to successfully automate a large volume of reports for the organization.

In this role, you will:
  • Advise line of business and companywide functions on business strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, and other complex data analysis to maximize profits and asset growth and minimize operating losses within risk and other operating standards.
  • Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new tools and methods to analyze data.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed.
  • Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews.
  • Assist managers in building quarterly and annual plans and forecast future market research needs for business partners supported.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor to staff, interns and external contractors.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Expectation:
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to understand reporting requirements and data sources.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions to streamline data analysis processes.
  • Utilize tools like SQL, Python, or other scripting languages to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for reporting purposes.
  • Design and implement dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key insights on Power BI.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on reporting solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in automated reports through regular validation and testing.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in report automation and analytics.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users to effectively utilize automated reporting tools.
Job Expectation:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Analytics.
  • Proven experience (7+ Years) in report automation and data visualization, preferably in an analytics or business intelligence setting.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Automate, Alteryx or other relevant programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with data visualization tools Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of database systems and data warehousing concepts.
