Wells Fargo is seeking an Investigator to support the Forensic Quality Control and Operations group.

In this role, you will:
  • Provides reviews of Digital Forensic Work Orders and cases. Assist in the creating and updating of new policy, procedures and work documents to support a Work Order Review program. This team member will participate in the testing and monitoring of work performed by the Computer Crimes and Forensic Investigations Team (CCFIT). The role will include, but is not limited to:
  • Performing and documenting quality review activities related to CCFIT policies, processes, and requirements
  • Performing review activities that will provide reasonable assurance that controls are designed and operating effectively
  • Ensuring all quality control reviews are conducted and stored according to procedure
  • Maintaining knowledge of latest guidance, including policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance of patching and updates on Forensic workstations while testing and documenting results.
  • Provide Evidence Management support to Investigations.

  • Provide training and guidance to internal team members, as required
  • This team member will support the Computer Crimes and Forensics Investigations Team (CCFIT), assessing business performance and recommends strategies to implement changes and improvements within business groups.
  • Consults with management and business partners on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for the applicable business functions. Such consultation includes discussion of alternatives and implications.
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 2+ years of Investigations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of Control experience
  • Experience with control documentation
  • Experience testing and monitoring the work of others
  • Experience creating and updating of new policy, procedures and work documents
  • Familiar with digital forensics from a practical or theory concept
  • Experience with Evidence Management
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Operating system
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Operates independently with minimal supervision, and effectively manages work requests to meet performance expectations
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and maintain momentum driving for results and clarity in uncertain situations
Job Expectations:
  • Must be able to work at the location on job requisition
  • Hybrid Work Schedule, 3 times a week in the office
Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$55,300.00 - $98,300.00
