Wells Fargo is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer...
In this role, you will:
- Support initiatives that deliver workable end to end infrastructure solutions
- Participate in test planning and execution
- Communicate with end users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates
- Design, build, enhance and integrate the infrastructure required to support various platforms and our business portfolio
- Troubleshoot and resolve tickets during implementation of store networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve first level network and wireless issues
- Present recommendations for resolving ticket requests, and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of the process, policies and risk controls
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers

- 2+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions and Data Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience supporting technology at an enterprise-level
- Ability to interact effectively at varying levels of the business and technical organizations; including management
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with server, storage, mainframe, and network hardware
- Proficiency with Layer 1 Infrastructure deployments
- Extensive knowledge of data center operations (space, power, cooling and network)
- Precise attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Focus on strong risk management in critical environments
- Responsible for Asset management that includes inventory management, ordering, shipping and receiving
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
- Receive and unpack hardware, servers and other equipment
- Hardware Rack and Stack
- Power and Network Cable/s provisioning and installation
- Complete diagnostic and quality assurance inspections
- Perform Audits and Data Corrections to ensure all inventory controls are met
- Reconcile and report inventory discrepancies
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
