This leader will be responsible for providing support for multiple critical IAM (Identity and Access Management) applications. These applications will fall under the Access Provisioning and Privileged Access monitoring capabilities within IAM. This position will be responsible for change Management, Incident Management and problem management related to the supported applications.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a team of engineers that provide Operational support to Access Provisioning Platform & Privileged Access Monitoring Tools.
  • Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and standards related to Access Provisioning and privileged access monitoring.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global strategy for Privileged Access Monitoring operations & Database Access Provisioning aligned with the organization's overall cybersecurity goals.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure that Access Provisioning and Privileged Access Monitoring are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Incident Response, Service restoration and Root cause analysis: Collaborate with the Technology Major incident Management teams to investigate and respond to production outages related to Access provisioning and privileged access monitoring, drive the service restoration and determine the root cause and preventive actions.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans specific to Database Access Provisioning/Reconciliation and Privileged access monitoring incidents.
  • Conduct technical investigation of security-related incidents, and conduct post-incident digital forensics to identify causes and recommend future mitigation strategies.
  • Manage implementation of information security such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity
  • Work with more experienced technologists and teams
  • Interface with senior and executive level leadership
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Information Security Operations
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of Leadership experience
  • 2+ years Identity and Access Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in Operation and maintenance of the Access Provisioning/Reconciliation Systems to support various business use cases
  • 2+ years Identity and Access Management experience with deep understanding of architecture as well as technical hands-on capabilities
  • Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to positively influence, motivate, and direct diverse teams
  • Ability to take an active role in the education, mentoring and training of less experienced team members
  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
  • Experience working in financial industry with heavy regulated environment
Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
