This role will report directly to the IAM Scope Director within the IAM Execution and Governance organization and will be responsible for a variety of governance and risk management activities.
In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence plans, specifications, resource needs, and goals for multi-faceted, highly complex, or long-term risk mitigation and control strategies on behalf of the business
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex current and emerging risks which require understanding of business-specific knowledge related to financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT, systems security, business process management, and applicable business acumen
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale, multi-faceted, long-term, or companywide strategies
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

- As required, develop project plans and deliver on strategic or organizational related activities to support IAM leadership.
- Provide direction and plans to fully manage IAM risk across all the coverage scope areas.
- Conduct or direct IAM assessments to determine IAM policy adherence gaps and consult on remediation plans and strategies
- Provide advanced consulting on IAM (security) scope and policy coverage, entitlements, access definitions, and applicable IAM controls

- 7+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years in IT / Information Security with a focus in risk management
- 5+ years of experience and advanced knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and processes at enterprise scale
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and executive-level scrutiny.
- Proven experience collaborating and building partnerships in a matrixed environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity/undefined areas
- Experience and fluency in Financial Services and Technology
- Understanding of Product-led approach, Agile methodology and routines, Strategic Planning, and financial product areas
- Experience partnering across groups to implement requirements and achieve desired outcomes
- Experience with issue management, risk assessments and risk management reporting.
- General knowledge of Wells Fargo business groups and enterprise functions, and specifically Wells Fargo Technology
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience; verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries and presentations for management/senior leaders.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing skills and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines, interact with all levels of an organization and manage initiatives involving process improvements.
- Ownership mentality with an ability to design and drive successful execution of priorities.
- Demonstrated creative and strategic thinking skills that lead to successful outcomes.
- Experience leading large-scale change or complex initiatives.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) skills.

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
