We are seeking a Principal Engineer for Identity and Access Management as part of the Cybersecurity division. This role is responsible for the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tool suite.

The focus of this job is to formulate and implement IAM solutions and controls and work with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of execution of IGA strategies and roadmap. This is an exciting role where you'll lead the strategy, planning and development of the IGA tool suite while ensuring compliance with bank security policies and controls as well as government regulations.

We need someone with expertise in the ability to architect a scalable Identity and Access Management solution, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices to deliver robust, reliable, and compliant solutions.

You're someone who is passionate about continuous improvement through rigorous evaluation of existing systems and processes, recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Each day you'll act as an advisor to leadership and the organization to develop or influence solutions for the highly complex business and technical requirements. You'll advise in the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth knowledge across multiple areas within the organization and across the enterprise, to deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

You're the kind of person who can translate the organization's tactical and strategic business objectives by understanding the enterprise technological environment, the organizational structure, strategic technological opportunities, providing guidance and requirements.

You'll be a true leader that provides vision, direction, and expertise to implement innovative and significant business solutions. In addition, you'll provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence applications, network, information security, database, operating systems, or web technologies for highly complex business and technical needs across multiple groups
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Translate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Experience implementing, deploying, and designing industry leveraging leading COTS IAM solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

3+ years' Experience in Cloud Development, Managed Kubernetes Service, Azure Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Cloud Storage, DevSecOps and Agile

5+ years' experience with Relational Databases, Java/JavaScript, OOPs, Selenium, TestNG, RESTAPI
    Pay Range

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
    $144,400.00 - $300,000.00
