In this role, you will:
- Support human resources operations; proactively seek ways to improve process by offering ideas
- Perform a variety of moderately complex human resources tasks pertaining to company policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, training, time away or any other related inquiries in a service center or human resource department environment
- Work within internal human resources information systems (HRIS; such as ServiceNow and Workday) to resolve broader issues or inquiries
- Assist employees on human resources related issues providing moderately complex policy interpretation
- Review employee files and furnish information to authorized persons
- Collect data and prepare operational and personnel reports; coordinate projects as requested
- Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions

- 2+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong knowledge of HR principles including but not limited to benefits, timekeeping, payroll and Employee Records
- Prior experience with the various HR systems including but not limited to: ServiceNow, Workday and PeopleSoft
- Experience with quality review and checking production items for accuracy and completion.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 1+ year of operations environment experience
- Adobe Acrobat Professional experience
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner.
- This role is responsible for delivering HR transactions in a timely and accurate manner; leading logical conclusions to inquiries; executing against required data received; and understanding of HR policies and procedures requirements. The role works closely with employees, former employees, 3rd parties and internal stakeholders such as Employee relations, compliance team, HRBP and US stakeholders.
- The Human Resources Operations Representative position performs complex human resources duties in support of active team member and former team member around employment file retrieval, employment/benefit verifications and special projects as assigned.
- Careful attention to detail is required as the specialist will need to identify and redact potential customer data and personal identity information (Date of Birth/SSN)
