About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Human Resources Operations Representative - Learning and Development Coordinator. The Learning and Development Operations representative is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development programs within the organization. This role ensures the smooth delivery of training initiatives, manages learning resources, and coordinates with various departments to assess training needs and drive development strategies that align with business goals

In this role, you will:

  • Support human resources operations; proactively seek ways to improve process by offering ideas
  • Perform a variety of moderately complex human resources tasks pertaining to company policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, training, time away or any other related inquiries in a service center or human resource department environment
  • Work within internal human resources information systems (HRIS; such as ServiceNow and Workday) to resolve broader issues or inquiries
  • Assist employees on human resources related issues providing moderately complex policy interpretation
  • Review employee files and furnish information to authorized persons
  • Collect data and prepare operational and personnel reports; coordinate projects as requested
  • Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions

  • 2+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from any recognized university.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, HR, or related roles.
  • Strong learning program management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning and classroom program management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Job Expectations:

Training Program Coordination:
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate L&D programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions.
  • Communicate with participants and trainers to provide session details and ensure everyone is well-informed,
  • Send out program invitations, reminders and follow-up communications for training activities
  • Manage logistics including venue booking, participant communication, and training materials.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of specific L&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor program timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program implementation
  • Trainer visitor management when onsite sessions are scheduled
  • Assist in managing onboarding/orientation programs for new hires
  • Coordinate feedback collection from participants and stakeholders to refine and enhance training programs.
Learning Content Management:
  • Assist in documenting, and maintaining learning content such as training manuals, e-learning modules, and presentation materials.
  • Ensure that all learning records are maintained as per the organization policy and aligned with company objectives.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration & Infra administration:
  • Manage the organization's LMS, including user registrations, roster management, course assignments, and tracking learning progress, .
  • Generate reports from the LMS to analyze training effectiveness, participation, and feedback.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to stakeholders
  • Manager learning rooms reservation process and conduct audit on learning infra on periodic basis
Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with various stakeholders includes SCM, learning partners, vendor partners to prepare training logistics
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to organize and deliver training sessions.
  • Work closely with Finance team for payments and invoice management.
Training Facilitation Support:
  • Provide support to trainers and facilitators, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available.
  • Assist in delivering onboarding sessions, soft skills training, and other in-house workshops when needed.
Data and Reporting
  • Track and report on training attendance, completion rates, and other key metrics to assess program effectiveness.
  • Analyze learning data to provide insights and recommendations for improving future training initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
  • Recommend innovative methods and tools for enhancing the employee learning experience.
