Wells Fargo is seeking a Head of Solutions Advisory (Global Payments Services Client Director) within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader within the Global Treasury Management (GTM) organization to lead our Product and Client Advisory teams within our Product Solutions Specialist business. This leader will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and guiding the team to deliver exceptional expertise on Payments, Liquidity and Working Capital solutions.

  • Lead and solution across key Global Treasury Management product lines, servicing a broad range of clients.
  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of Product Solution Specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve sales and pipeline objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic solutions to drive revenue growth and expand share of client wallets.
  • Work closely with Product Management heads to support delivery of Product strategy, P&L and roadmap.
  • In partnership with the Global Treasury Management sales organization, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Cultivate and grow a team of deep product subject matter experts that understand our client's problems and can articulate solutions.
  • Develop thought leadership content that is relevant for our clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies to uphold ethical standards and mitigate risk within the sales function.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conference and client meetings to promote our brand and enhance our reputation as a truster advisor in global payments and liquidity.
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced leadership within Global Treasury Management.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Global Payments Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Treasury Management banking with a focus on product management and/or sales
  • Experience successfully leading multi-functional teams
  • Experience as a Corporate Treasury practitioner
  • Experience delivering Payments, Liquidity and Working Capital solutions for clients
  • Experience with engaging and presenting at industry forums and events
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the banking industry
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$207,900.00 - $431,900.00
