About this role:

In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop a Wealth Management Banking team of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with Wealth Management Banking functional area, or who are affected by its outcomes
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Wealth Management Banking functional area
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of a Wealth Management Banking team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for Wealth Management Banking operations with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
  • Collaborate with and influence Wealth Management Banking professionals, including senior managers, as well as interact directly with external customers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Wealth Management Banking
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
  • Provide vision and collaborate with wealth banking leaders to develop strategies and goals focused on client experience within Wealth Management Banking functional area
  • Provide thought leadership to develop and implement strategic solutions to highly complex and companywide objectives
  • Lead a team of managers and professionals and develop long-term strategies for Wealth Management Banking to achieve business objectives
Candidates currently residing in other hub locations within the WF footprint may be considered.

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Wealth Management Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience articulating a complex problem, building strategy and implementation
  • Talent development or organizational effectiveness experience
  • Customer Service focus with experience handling complex transactions
  • Strong risk management leadership skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients: market segment
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Knowledge and understanding of Regulatory Risk and Compliance policies and programs
  • FINRA Series 7, 66, 9/10 or 24
