Global Rates Swap Vice President

• 5+ years of Securities Trading experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 6+ years of trading experience in Global Rates swaps
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment as well as a strong business sense with a strategic and tactical orientation.
• Consistent track record of strong PnL
• In depth understanding of technological, risk and regulatory trends impacting Macro business
• Technical expertise in regulatory, compliance, and risk management issues.
• Ability to analyze data and use for decision-making and managing initiatives.
• Successful track record in systematically executing initiatives using project management disciplines.
• Highest level of integrity and good judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong stakeholder skills and ability to work and lead across functions.
• Strong commercial judgement, excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organizational environment and partnership skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, or related field

Job Expectations:

• up to 20% travel

This position is subject to Dodd-Frank Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background screen. Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
