About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Global Operations - Digital Transformation Delivery Leader within the Business Process Management and Digital Transformation team. This vital role be responsible for managing and developing a team of automation Delivery resources responsible for delivering intelligent automation solutions for large scale Enterprise and Cross-LOB initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team, while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of automations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
  • Partner with Operations Leaders to deliver a backlog of intelligent automation opportunities, which can help them achieve their business goals and strategies.
  • Execute Delivery on an intelligent automation delivery roadmap for large operation areas
  • Define automation capabilities strategies and drive utilization across the operations business space.
  • Engage Operations, Technology and Business leaders to influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's and business line objectives
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
  • Partner with Technology resources to drive quality, on time deliverables utilizing multiple automation products
  • Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
  • Collaborate with, and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic automation initiatives for the business
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Specifically you will:
  • Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them
  • Lead your team through any escalation partner support needed
  • Lead your team with innovation mindset and develop operational efficiencies
  • Bring consultative advice to partnership meeting along with business updates
  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Automation Experience - An individual with a solid foundation in utilization and advancement of tools and processes designed and utilized within Wells Fargo and/or across the financial services industry.
  • Technical Delivery Experience - Proven ability to understand core Technical delivery requirements including Agile methodology and the SDLC framework.
  • Influencing Skills - Proven ability as an effective communicator in virtual matrixed environments. Proven ability to take complex business and technology problems and bring teams to consensus through collaborative architecture and design.
  • Strategic Thinking and Implementation - Thinks strategically about business problems, breaks down problems and presents solutions while evaluating the pros and cons of each option. Identify business opportunities by delivering thoughtful analysis and strong logical thinking. Thinks in new ways about problems and issues. Develops and implements creative solutions to business problems. Financial Services Experience - The ideal candidate should have experience working within large Financial Services companies and across a variety of business lines, in particular within Wells Fargo.

Job Expectations:
