About this role:

The FiNet Western Divisional Business Manager will join the Engagement and Growth team in the Western Division, focusing on enhancing client relationships and coordinating resources for FiNet practice owners, financial advisors, and client associates. This individual will support the overall objectives of client satisfaction, growth, and advisor/practice retention. In addition to building and supporting strong relationships with our FiNet practices, the candidate will collaborate with partners across the enterprise and other lines of business to provide workable solutions to enhance their daily operation and end-client experience by focusing on helping practices become more effective and efficient through coaching and consultation.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage key client relationships and lead initiatives focused on service delivery, practice engagement and growth
  • Collaborate and consult with partners within the enterprise to develop solutions that address and resolve complex issues
  • Strategize business needs of FiNet practices and provide solutions to accomplish objectives
  • Deliver clear and effective communication and possess a comprehensive understanding of the independent brokerage model
  • Advocate for the needs of FiNet practices
  • Collaborate and guide FiNet Business Support Managers, who serve as the primary contacts for addressing operational and service escalations
  • Help FiNet practices become more efficient through coaching, consultation and the adoption of new technology and service enhancements
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements by analyzing usage data and implementing greater efficiencies
  • Provide resources and tools to FiNet practice owners, financial advisors and client associates to effectively run their business
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Relationship experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience with financial services operations
  • Superior conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand clients, define client needs, build trust, set and manage expectations.
  • Experience in managing relationships at an executive level, preferably in a financial services environment.
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Must live within Western Division footprint (AK, WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, or HI) -- this is a remote position
Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$106,300.00 - $206,100.00
