About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Analyst who can develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives. Working closely with the leadership to identify the improvement areas, leading various business calls, stakeholder management, designing efficiency metrics, scope of enhancements to automate the procedural steps, striving for process excellence, publishing the quality metrics and high-end data analytics.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in functions related to financial research and reporting
- Forecast analysis of key metrics, as well as other financial consulting related to business performance, operating and strategic reviews
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities
- Research moderate to complex financial data in support of management decision-making for a business
- Create and communicate various activities such as product pricing, product, and portfolio performance
- Exercise independent judgment to guide key metrics forecasting, closing data and validation
- Present recommendations for resolving all aspects of delivering key forecasting projections as well as financial reporting to support monthly and quarterly forecasting
- Develop expertise on reporting that meets brand standards and internal control standards
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

- 2+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Finance or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to influence, partner and negotiate with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Knowledge and understanding of offshore operations processes and operating model.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- 2+ Years of working experience on different invoice/billing and vendor management system/tools.
- Experience in delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Experience in creating and presenting management level briefings with metrics, dashboards, business case etc.
- Gaining alignment from several stakeholders
- B. Com + MBA (Finance) / M. Com
- Candidate should have excellent knowledge of Power BI and experience of publishing dashboards required to bring in efficiencies for reporting of financial results.
