About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Specialist (Executive Assistant) for the Home Lending Operations Senior Executive Team and Head of Home Lending Operations.

In this role, you will:

Participate in complex administrative duties to one or more members of the Home Lending Operations executive leadership team and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team.

  • Identify opportunities for improving or implementing processes and tools within executive business management functional group and administrative assistant team.
  • Assist with compilation of research, budget, and statistical data for financial planning initiative.
  • Maintain and implement office procedures and controls, handle most sensitive customer issues and confidential correspondence.
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

  • 2+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Senior/Executive level administrative support experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint) skills
  • Experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, and scheduling of meetings and events.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Strong crtiical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations.
  • Experience writing and editing internal communications, including senior and executive level communications.
  • Experience participating in multiple concurrent projects or large-scale individual projects.
  • Experience managing communications and documentation projects.
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
  • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change.
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
