About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Assistant to India & Philippines Control Head.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in less complex administrative duties to one or more members of more experienced management and contribute to the overall effectiveness of team
  • Identify opportunities for improving or implementing processes and tools within executive business management functional group
  • Assist with compilation of research, budget, and statistical data for financial planning initiative
  • Establish and implement office procedures and controls, handle most sensitive customer issues and confidential correspondence
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with shareholders, regulatory agents, media, and internal and external customers

  • 2+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience providing support to senior level executives and able to face off across multiple lines of business and wider senior leaders.
  • Administrative support experience in banking or financial services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to think logically and consider alternatives to provide practical solutions based on a broad understanding of relevant factors.
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, target oriented and professionally committed, at all times.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and use initiative.
  • Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments flawlessly
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Extensive experience to an advanced level of using all Microsoft Office applications e.g. Outlook for managing multiple calendars, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and conference tools like MS Teams.
  • Meticulous approach with a high attention to detail, experience with minute taking.
  • Experience with Workday, SAP Concur, AIMS, or similar applications

  • End to End assistant to Senior Leader/Leadership in Control Function.
