About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr Manager for our Enterprise Change Management Global Control, Procedure and Knowledge Management Functions

In this role, as a senior Manager, you will:

  • Partner with U.S. based ECM Executive to:
    • Retool the existing Quality Assurance function and conduct a skill assessment of the existing team to prepare them to lead the ECM Control function moving forward
  • Partner with U.S. based functions to develop a target operating model to support ECM process enhancements as well as Knowledge Management capabilities to serve the enterprise
  • Serve as a people leader and drive for continuous team improvement, focusing on operational excellence and process improvements/operations/delivery etc.
  • Leverage your expertise in process engineering and focus on details
  • Demonstrate your expertise in Root Cause Analysis, six sigma etc. and build a team with like experience
  • Lean on your experience with analytics and reporting/MIS in partnership with onshore teams
  • Manage multi-functional and multi-regional teams in both direct and matrixed working environments
  • Influence and institutionalize process changes both upstream and downstream appropriately
  • Identify potential training interventions based on defect analysis
  • Develop and administer budgets, resourcing schedules, and performance standards
  • Assist with development of service level agreements and other departmental initiatives
  • Drive delivery of results through managers and more experienced Quality Assurance Analysts
  • Collaborate with business partners to influence and enact updates as needed
  • Provide direction to managers, ensuring quality standards are maintained and ensure enactment of approaches to correct problems
  • Conduct briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives as required
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for this function
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

  • 6+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Management experience
Desired skills:
  • 8+ years of team leadership or management experience
  • Graduate/Post-graduate in commerce/finance/management stream or equivalent
  • Be a visionary and forward planning Leader
  • Be an influencer for effectuating Change management rigor positively
  • Ability to build process controls, establish governance to mitigate risk
  • Ability to build partnerships and consult effectively with leadership
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to create and present results of analyses and recommendations to leaders
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Working knowledge about the regulatory and enterprise policies
