About this role:
wello - Wells Fargo's In-House Agency - is looking for an Engagement and Controls Lead to help procure and maintain Third Parties that provide critical software and services for the group, and to support Risk and Control documentation and oversight. Supporting the In-House Advertising Agency, the Engagement & Controls Lead will be part of a specialized team that delivers value across a wide spectrum of marketing programs and creative initiatives outside standard banking operations, but compliant with banking policies and regulatory requirements. This role provides department-wide support and is a point of contact to Supply Chain and Risk and Control operations partners.

In this role, you will:
- Oversight of all Third-Party procurement, onboarding and lifecycle management, including regular assessments of Third-Party program compliance and Third-Party performance reviews.
- Maintenance of timely invoicing and payments payment for renewals and licensing purchases.
- Coordination of external servicing partners and processes including Third Party records management teams and systems, contract teams, compliance teams, Third Party governance officers, Risk and Control operations and internal audit teams
- Tight control of status and process management for Third Party and Risk required activities
- Provide proactive updates and escalation of key issues for decision to accountable wello leadership
- Maintain process and control documentation for agency operations and serve as a subject matter expert on corporate policies and their application to agency and marketing functions
- Identify opportunities across existing engagements to combine, upgrade, expand or optimize services.
- Ensure coordination with Technology onboarding and deployment of software/solutions provided by Third Parties to the In-House Agency
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Third-Party/Supply Chain Management functions in corporate environments
- Experience in marketing/advertising contract and/or risk management support
- Proven familiarity regulated industry supply chain and Third-Party oversight systems, processes and organizations
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage timelines, maintain status and manage needed escalations to ensure timely completion of all tasks
- Track record of working across departmental lines and removing barriers in order to drive projects to completion
- Paralegal degree/certification or equivalent
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Position will require onsite presence 3 days a week from one of the required locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
