About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate
In this role, you will:
- Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
- Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
- Review intake of conflicts clearance requests and interact with TCO team members to understand potential transaction.
- Collect data for all relevant entities and deal team members within a logged opportunity. Document information to be considered in connection with potential for conflict.
- Review clients for potential ESIM concerns and perform preliminary diligence. Document information used in determining if additional diligence is required.
- Escalate potential issues and analysis to TCO and ESIM senior team members.
- Perform monthly and quarterly reporting requirements, along with developing new reports.
- Perform enhanced diligence as needed for special situations for both TCO and ESIM teams.
- Maintain data integrity and pipeline management in CRMs and other Systems of Records
- Assist with the regular recurring business partner discussions including preparation of all presentation materials.
- Key skill sets needed: Data gathering, analysis and presentation, critical thinking skills, business acumen, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ability to integrate data/financial analysis into streamlined presentations, and knowledge or ability to learn key systems including Salesforce & other internal financial reporting tools.

- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Familiarity with Investment Banking products and experienced directly in Investment Banking, Conflicts, ESIM or Legal role in support of Investment Banking
- Must have the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with TCO and ESIM teams in a clear, precise, and efficient manner and offer sound independent judgment.
- Must have the confidence/fortitude to ensure end analysis is complete.
- Ability to operate in fast paced, dynamic work environment with high sense of urgency in getting results and resolving open issues.
- Keen sense of discretion in dealing with extremely sensitive and confidential information
- Meticulous, initiative-taking with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in close coordination with others as part of a small team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, ability to manipulate large sets of data (BI Tools, Pivot Tables, Macros).
