About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Management Analyst.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Sandbox governance by engaging with US partners and Platform teams leveraging new/existing tools or methodologies.
  • Partner with technology team to efficiently maintain the sandbox inventory.
  • Responsible for execution of Sandbox risk mitigation work.
  • Perform assessments of Sandboxes sourcing Tier 1/2/3 Use Cases and support in remediation .
  • Contribute to ESRA (ESDG Sandbox Review & Attestation) process. QA/QC of data submitted in ESRA.
  • Deliver as per the Agile methodology.
  • Gain and demonstrate deeper functional knowledge and ownership in your respective function.
  • Participant in huddles/scrum surveys, team meetings, team activities, and DE&I discussions.

  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Business/technical process analysis in the technology, data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis domain
  • 3+ years of experience in delivering analytic, execution or operations value
  • 2+ years of experience in one of the data management facets such as asset tagging, glossary management, data profiling, data lineage, and/or investigating data quality case management and root cause analysis
  • Understanding of database platforms (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata ) is a must
  • Experience and knowledge in ETL technology on any of the major platforms, such as Informatica, Ab-Initio, or other comparable platforms
  • Exposure to reporting and Business Intelligence methodologies and tools
Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats across varying audiences including but not limited to technology and business partners
  • Experience with technology data platforms that provision sandboxes
  • Experience working within a data governance organization responsible for specific data policies and procedures
