About This Role
This Lead Security Analyst role has a focus on examining and testing security controls and assessing how business functions engage and interact with technology in order to tailor initiatives to react to technological trends while exceeding IT security measures.
Think: documentation/education/tool solutions - that's what you'll be working towards in this role.
We need someone who has been an analyst and has understanding of security guidelines and policies. You'll provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation.
In addition, you'll serve as and Information Security Lead to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education, Awareness, Testing and Documentation. You'll help the business evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security.

Experience with Tableau, SharePoint, Power BI, and Jira is highly desired.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
- Provide work direction and guidance to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
- Apply a deep understanding of Information Technology and Cybersecurity domains.
- Collaborate and influence throughout all levels including more experienced managers.
- Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making regarding information security.
- Create simple and easy to use resources for understanding the information security evaluation process, the operations of the process and the outcomes.
- Generate easy to understand requirements for automation.
- Complete testing on tools.
- Create meaningful methods for workflow management, metrics, and status updates.
- Create effective communications for conveying results and supporting decision makers.
5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent as demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or equivalent Information Security/Cyber Security experience
- Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS, COBIT, NIST, GLBA, GDPR
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of information security domains and possesses a well-rounded technical background. Knowledge of operational risk, IT processes and systems
- Certifications are a plus: CISSP, CISA, CRISC
- Well versed experience and knowledge across the cybersecurity domains
- Demonstrate clear, articulate written and verbal communication.
- This is not a remote position. Candidates are required to work in the office three (3) days per week at the specified location

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
