About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking CX Program Owner to join the Enterprise CX Platform Product Team within Consumer and Small Business Banking Marketing. Our team supports various departments by overseeing survey and Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of Employee (VoE) dashboard needs. In this role, you will:
- Partner with multiple product teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement
- Support the development of roadmaps that support our customer journeys, drive agile ceremonies, coordinate the delivery of new services and capabilities
- Act as an advisor to leadership and partner to develop or influence success of products, prioritization for planning, dependency management and coordination, cross team communications, and engagements across change management
- Partner with CX Product Manager and Line of Business Stakeholders to tackle highly complex challenges that demand a deep understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement
- Deliver platform solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts
- Partner with Scrum teams, Product Owners, stakeholder, and business leaders to effectively achieve business goals

- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years Agile experience
- Financial service experience preferably within digital marketing or product management space
- Experience managing large and complex enterprise-wide programs/products
- Demonstrated experience enabling teams to be successful through transformation, upskilling, or process improvement
- Proven experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in planning, executing, and continuously improving their delivery processes
- Experience partnering with technical and non-technical business partners with the ability to translate effectively to accomplish business goals
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrixed environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels
- Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
