In this role, you will:
- Manage customer inquiries, payment performance and disputes
- Provide support regarding portfolio payment performance, potential or emerging risks, and business conformity with risk appetite, credit culture, and policies
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Receive direction from supervisors, and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of the portfolio and credit functions, analytical tools, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers

- 6+ months of Portfolio experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of collections experience
- Ability to be an integral part of a strong team
- Strong problem solving and attention to details
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- College degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Portfolio Mangement and Commercial Banking experience
- Finance and inventory experience
- Willingness to work on-site in the listed location
- This role is hybrid, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$60,800.00 - $108,200.00
