About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for FDR (Cards) Business support Team within the Credit Bureau Management Office. This organization is responsible for the credit bureau reporting activities across the Wells Fargo enterprise to the consumer credit reporting agencies. This role will be responsible for executing several day-to-day controls needed to ensure adherence to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), driving operational excellence in process and procedure standardization, implementation and adherence to self-assurance policies and controls, providing input to technology roadmaps, identifying continuous improvement process opportunities, and driving efficiency and effectiveness targets. In this role, you will:
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned corrective actions within the Issue Management portfolio for the Auto Furnishing Team accountable for providing oversight, timely completion, and status communication for all deliverables withing Issue action plan.
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of the Auto Cards system of record.
  • Serve as control owner and responsible for timely execution of pre and post transmission monthly Furnishing controls.
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the FDR system of record
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines and effectively manage implementation of projects to target timelines while prioritizing quality of work.
  • Experience in credit bureau reporting across various portfolios and systems of record.
  • 4 + years' experience developing relationships with the credit reporting agencies.
  • Deep understanding of the Metro 2 industry format for credit bureau reporting, including field usage, illogical conditions, and rejection scenarios
  • Ability to analyze system of record data in assurance of accurate mapping to the Metro 2 format.
  • Familiarity with trade views and verifications of successful processing at the credit bureaus
  • 4 + years of experience in procedure creation and standardization, system testing related to credit reporting enhancements and system fixes and quality monitoring for credit reporting activities.
  • Excellent, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior level leaders.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite skills highlighted in excel and PowerPoint.
  • 4 + years of risk management experience
  • 4 + years of project management experience
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise policy, process, and procedures
