In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage Corporate Security team activities in operational and security related incidents to minimize risk of criminal incidents against company, individuals, or customers
- Ensure security policies and procedures are enforced to maintain staff and public safety, compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements within corporate security
- Identify opportunities for security process improvement, policy and procedure enhancement, and risk control development in corporate security
- Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to customers and colleagues, handle staffing requirements, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of Corporate Security management
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and maintain knowledge of industry trends
- Develop and maintain effective physical security program
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- Responsibilities focus on project work for the coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras, and all other types of physical security equipment, working with other support partners in the company.
- Responsible to maintain an effective working knowledge of state-of-the-art security equipment standards and technology encompassing all security products.
- Accountable for all aspects of security equipment project management, to include feasibility studies, financial forecasting, project planning, budgeting, tracking, quality assurance and overall vendor communication and management.

- 7+ years of Corporate Security Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Geopolitical Risk, Foreign & Domestic Policies, Risk Intelligence International Relations, Political Science
Research and Analyses on Global / Regional / National Security Matters.
Early Warning Team (EWT) trio will use various sources and their understanding on the matters of intelligence to provide risk insights related to events across the globe which can cause security risks.
